DataDad keeps every check result for 12 months, on every plan.
The monitor page
Open a monitor to see its Overview:
- Uptime for the chosen period, and how long the monitor was down.
- Average response of the successful checks.
- Availability: one square or bar for each part of the period. Green is up, orange is some downtime, red is down.
- Response time chart.
- The latest Incidents and checks.
Choose the period at the top right: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or a year.
Single checks
The Checks tab shows every check of one day, with the result, the response time and each attempt.
A check without a result, for example when our check service could not run it, shows as "No result". It does not count as up or down.
Incidents
The Incidents tab lists each outage with its cause, when it started, how long it lasted and which alerts went out. An incident starts when a check fails twice and ends with the next successful check.
Paused time does not count toward uptime. Changing a monitor's settings closes an open incident.
